Chef Wade Schindler
Owner Chef Wade Schindler was born and raised in Columbus, Texas.
Wade’s creative mind and passion for the culinary arts led him to the highly recognized “Western Culinary Arts School” in Portland, Oregon.
There he was trained by the finest chefs in the traditional European and North American culinary arts.
After graduating he went to work for the Four Seasons Hotel of Houston and Austin and excelled there.
In 1996 Wade Schindler (Poody to friends) founded Party Thyme Catering and Event Productions. His “cuisine skills” have become a tradition of excellence throughout Southern Texas.
